Announced in December 2025, the exclusive partnership between Explora Journeys and Hilton Honors brings ocean travel into Hilton’s award-winning loyalty ecosystem. Explora Journeys becomes the only cruise line affiliated with Hilton Honors, launching with a curated collection of 16 Journeys designed to introduce guests to the world of ocean travel and the spirit of Explora Journeys for the first time. Hilton Honors members can also reserve all other Journeys across the Explora Journeys fleet. The partnership recognises Hilton Honors members in a meaningful way, offering benefits that carry their loyalty seamlessly from land to sea.

While Hilton Honors members can choose from the full portfolio of Explora Journeys itineraries, a curated collection of 16 Journeys has been designed to introduce many of them —especially guests of Waldorf Astoria, Conrad and LXR Hotels & Resorts — to the world of ocean travel. These itineraries showcase the richness of the Explora Journeys experience, blending iconic destinations with lesser-known gems and celebrating members with meaningful recognition and benefits. For Explora Journeys, the partnership opens the door to a new audience of discerning travellers who appreciate exceptional hospitality wherever they go.

The partnership begins in December 2025, when Hilton Honors members will be able to earn points on Explora Journeys when booking through Hilton’s dedicated referral path. In 2026, the partnership expands to a full earn-and-burn model, allowing members to both earn and redeem Hilton Honors points for ocean voyages. Until then, members can enjoy a limited-time preview offer with exclusive benefits during the initial launch phase.

Hilton Honors members who book through Hilton.com/Explora or the Hilton Honors app will receive 100,000 Hilton Honors Bonus Points per suite, along with Journey Experience Credits (JEC) that can be used for onboard experiences. Every Journey booked during this period includes €/$200 JEC per suite, while the 16 specially curated Journeys offer up to €/$400 per suite. These credits can be applied toward Explora Journeys signature fine dining restaurant, Anthology, wine tastings and rare selections, spa treatments at Ocean Wellness – The Spa, curated shopping at The Journey, destination experiences ashore, and suite upgrades. Guests will also receive an exclusive in-suite welcome gift.

With the full launch, Hilton Honors members will enjoy a complete earn-and-burn experience. They will be able to earn Hilton Honors Points on Explora Journeys bookings and redeem points for luxury ocean voyages. Integrated recognition and benefits will also be introduced, creating a seamless loyalty experience across Hilton’s hotels and Explora Journeys’ ships. Until then, the preview offer remains the only way to access Hilton Honors benefits at sea.

To receive Hilton Honors benefits, bookings must originate from Hilton.com/Explora or the Hilton Honors app. Guests must be Hilton Honors members or enrol before booking, and membership will be verified at the point of payment. Pre-existing Explora Journeys reservations do not qualify for the preview offer. Bonus Points are awarded six to eight weeks after disembarkation, and members can earn points on up to four suites per cruise.

Point redemption for Explora Journeys will begin with the full launch in 2026. Until then, Hilton Honors members can earn Bonus Points through the preview offer but cannot redeem points for voyages.
