Referred guest:

• 200 Future Journey Credit (FJC) on their first reservation.
• 500 Explora Club points after completing their first Journey.

Referring Member:

• 200 Future Journey Credit (FJC) for each successful referral, once the referred guest embarks.
• 500 Explora Club points after the referred guest disembarks.

All Future Journey Credits (FJC) are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. The validity only refers to the available time to apply the FJC in the reservation, and not to the actual sailing dates of the booking. There is no limitation in terms of sailing dates.

• Each new referred guest can receive the referred guest reward only once.
• Each referring Member may refer up to ten new referred guests per year.
  While there is no limit to the number of invitations shared, only the first ten eligible referrals per year will generate rewards.
  The annual count is based on the creation date of each referred guest’s FJC  

• Referred guests: can apply max 200 FJC towards their Journey fare on their first reservation
• Referring Members: can apply up to 600 FJC (equivalent to three referral rewards) per booking. Any remaining credits will stay available for future bookings

The currency of the FJC is determined based on the country of residence of the guest recorded in Explora Journeys’ database at the time of issuance.

Yes. You may request to change the currency of your FJC by contacting the Explora Experience Centre (EEC).
