Explora S.A., a Swiss company with registered offices at Avenue Eugène-Pittard, 16, 1206 Geneva (Switzerland), registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Geneva under the official registration number CHE 315.766.578, (hereinafter referred to as the "Explora Journeys”) is launching a special offer dedicated to guests making new reservations in a select suite category on select Journeys*.

ELIGIBLE GUESTS

Any guests who make a new reservation in an Ocean Terrace Suite Guarantee (OT1 GTY)** category with Explora Journeys between 29 April 2026 and 27 May 2026*** on select Journeys*.

BENEFITS OF THE OFFER

Guests receive up to EUR 1,000 savings per person (1st and 2nd guest in each suite only) on their Journey fare with Explora Journeys when reserving an Ocean Terrace Suite Guarantee (OT1 GTY)** category. The savings benefit is calculated based on our Best Available Fare and full payment is required at the time of reservation.  A dedicated cancellation policy applies^^. 

This offer applies to any new reservations made with Explora Journeys between 29 April 2026 and 27 May 2026*** on select Journeys*.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The offer is for new reservations only and applies to the Journey fare only. It is not applicable to any pre & post-Journey hotels and transfers, Destination Experiences or onboard paid experiences.  It is applicable to the 1st and 2nd guest only in each suite.  The offer is combinable with the Best Available Fare, An Invitation to Explora, Journeys for Solo Travellers, Additional Guests and Younger Travellers (third and fourth guest fares), and Consortia Amenities, Explora Club Member Benefit.  It is not combinable with any other offer and reduced fare programmes.  The offer may be withdrawn at any time.  

*Select Journeys are excluded from this offer.

**A Guarantee (GTY) Suite means a suite that has been selected with the Best Available Fare - guests will be advised of their suite number at least seven days prior their departure.  All Guarantee (GTY) Suites are configured with a king-sized bed. The bedding configuration in this suite category cannot be changed into twin beds.  If separate twin beds are required or if there are other specific suite requirements, then it is recommended not to reserve a Guarantee (GTY) Suite.  Once the Guarantee (GTY) Suite has been allocated, any request to change to a specific suite may incur an additional charge.

Depending on the Journey selected, either Level 1 or Level 2 savings apply in currency as follows:

• Level 1: 1000 EUR / 1000 USD / 1000 CHF / 900 GBP /  1500 CAD / 1500 AUD / 1500 NZD / 6500 BRL / 150'000 JPY
• Level 2: 500 EUR / 500 USD / 500 CHF / 450 GBP / 750 CAD / 750 AUD / 750 NZD / 3250 BRL / 75'000 JPY

Full payment is made at the time of reservation and is non-refundable.  From the moment of the reservation, 100% cancellation penalty applies.

Explora Journeys reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this offer. Explora Journeys Booking Terms and Conditions, available at explorajourneys.com or from your Travel Advisor, shall fully apply to all reservations.
