Effective date: 21 September 2026
These terms and conditions apply to reservations for the FORMULA 1 GRAND PRIX DE MONACO 2027 Journey, in addition to Explora Journeys’ standard Booking Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they are binding upon confirmation.
1. BOOKING PROCEDURE AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE
1.1 Reservation Process
To proceed with a reservation, the Guest must contact the Company or one of the Company’s authorised Sales Agents or representatives. Guests shall be given the option to book a specific Journey, and an Option Confirmation will be sent by the Company to the Guest or the Sales Agent.
1.2 Acceptance of Terms
By reserving a Journey, the person making the reservation confirms, agrees and accepts that all persons named in the reservation request shall be bound by these Booking Terms and Conditions, and that he or she has authority to accept them on behalf of all persons named in the reservation request.
1.3 Payment Requirements
The reservation will be confirmed once the required payment has been received.
For reservations made up to and including 181 days before departure:
a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total Journey Fare per person is required.
The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 4 December 2026, being 180 days before the Journey departure date.
For reservations made from 180 days or less before departure:
full payment equal to 100% of the total Journey Fare per person is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
1.4 Payment Deadlines
The required payment, whether the 50% deposit or the full fare, must be received within:
3 days for reservations made up to and including 91 days before departure.
1 day for reservations made within 90 days of departure.
Failure to comply with these payment deadlines will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation and no Booking Confirmation will be issued.
2. CONTRACT AND JOURNEY FARE INCLUSIONS
2.1 Contract Confirmation
Every Journey is subject to availability at the time of reservation. The contract with Explora Journeys is confirmed once the Booking Confirmation is issued.
2.2 Non-Payment
If payment is not received within the specified timeframe, Explora Journeys reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply the cancellation charges set out in Section 3.
2.3 Journey Fare Inclusions and Reservation Options
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the Booking Confirmation, the Journey Fare includes suite accommodation, onboard meals, selected alcoholic beverages, cocktails, soft drinks, mineral water, gratuities, port charges, applicable Automobile Club de Monaco access fees for the five-night Monaco stay, Wi-Fi internet access, entertainment where offered, and complimentary transfers from port to town centre where applicable. Depending on the suite category or promotional fare booked, additional benefits may apply. The Journey Fare excludes medical expenses, services or products supplied by independent contractors, Destination Experiences and premium food and beverage products available for an additional charge.
Note: A supplement applies to suites with a Monaco city view.
Fare 1: Suite-only
Suite accommodation for the applicable Journey, including the Monaco stay from 2 to 7 June 2027. This fare does not include Formula 1®, Formula 2™ or Formula 3™ tickets or race access.
Fare 2: Suite & 3-Day Grandstand Access
Suite accommodation for the applicable Journey, including the Monaco stay from 2 to 7 June 2027, plus one 3-Day Grandstand Access ticket per person from Friday 4 June to Sunday 6 June 2027. Grandstand access covers Formula 1® sessions only and excludes Formula 2™, Formula 3™ and F1 Paddock Club™ access.
Fare 3: Suite & 3-Day F1 Paddock Club™ Hospitality
Suite accommodation for the applicable Journey, including the Monaco stay from 2 to 7 June 2027, plus one 3-Day F1 Paddock Club™ Hospitality package per person from Friday 4 June to Sunday 6 June 2027. Availability and final package inclusions are subject to confirmation at the time this fare opens for sale.
2.4 F1 Paddock Club™ Hospitality
Subject to final confirmation and the Guest’s Booking Confirmation, the package may include:
Hospitality and race viewing from the designated F1 Paddock Club™ location.
World-class cuisine, live music and entertainment.
ARAMCO Formula 1® Pitlane Walk.
Formula 1® Drivers and Ambassadors appearances.
A guided paddock tour, where included in the confirmed package.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of the reservation must be requested verbally or in writing by the Guest or the Guest’s Sales Agent and received by the Explora Experience Centre. Any issued tickets and the confirmation invoice must be returned with the cancellation notice, where applicable.
3.1 Cancellation Charges
Up to and including 181 days before departure: 50% of the total invoice.
From 180 days or less before departure: 100% of the total invoice.
No-show or early disembarkation: 100% of the total invoice.
4. EVENT TICKETS AND PROGRAMME
Grandstand and F1 Paddock Club™ tickets, access rights, locations, programmes and inclusions are subject to availability, confirmation by the relevant event rights holders and the details stated in the Booking Confirmation. Explora Journeys may make reasonable changes required by the event organiser, rights holder, public authority or operational circumstances. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights available to the Guest under applicable law.
5. TRADEMARK NOTICE
The F1 FORMULA 1 logo, F1 logo, F1, FORMULA 1, FIA FORMULA ONE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP, GRAND PRIX and related marks are trademarks of Formula One Licensing BV, a Formula 1 company.
