We are delighted to provide you with the opportunity to truly discover the feeling of Explora Journeys through learning about our brand. You will follow a self-directed path that takes you through our core Brand attributes, our Journeys and Experiences.
The Knowledge Suite consists of three levels (or “milestones” as we like to call them):
On completion of each milestone, you will be awarded with a downloadable certificate, a badge to add to your email signature and 3 elective credits towards CLIA's certification programmes*.
Additionally, once you have passed Explora Certified Expert milestone, you unlock an array of benefits and rewards – details coming soon.
Within the Knowledge Suite, you have access to complementary learning materials. As an example, chapters within “How-To” Series have been created for you to become a fully proficient user of our Booking Suite.
We commence with Explora Foundations, which will contain 6 core chapters. The chapters are composed of easily digestible sections lasting no more than a few minutes each. You can conveniently start, stop at any time, continue at the point where you stopped and review completed chapters at your leisure.
