The Explora Club Referral Programme  empowers Travel Advisors to welcome new-to-Explora Journeys guests through referrals made by existing Explora Club Members. This programme rewards both parties and provides a strong incentive for you to secure new business while deepening loyalty among your current clients.

Whether your clients are seasoned explorers or preparing for their first Journey, they can share their exceptional experience with friends and loved ones and be rewarded through the Explora Club Referral Programme, especially relevant as our NPS and guest satisfaction remain exceptionally high.

As Explora Club Members, your clients already enjoy exclusive benefits & privileges, from early access to new Journeys and member-only offers to personalised recognition on board. By introducing new guests to Explora Club, they extend these benefits while helping others begin their own Journey toward the Ocean State of Mind.

How It Works

1. An Explora Club Member refers a new-to-Explora Journeys guest.
2. The referred guest enrols in Explora Club, books and completes their first Journey.
3. Rewards are issued as follows:
   1. The referred guest receives 200 Future Journey Credits (FJC) (200 EUR / 250 USD or currency equivalent*) to be deducted from their first reservation and 500 Explora Club points after disembarkation.
   2. The referring Explora Club Member receives 200 FJC (200 EUR / 250 USD or currency equivalent*) once the referred guest sails and 500 Explora Club points after the guest completes their Journey.
4. The referring Member can redeem up to 600 FJC (600 EUR / 750 USD or currency equivalent*) per reservation.

Terms at a Glance

• Available to all registered Explora Club Members.
• Referred guests must be entirely new to Explora Journeys (no prior bookings or sailings).
• Referred guests must enrol in Explora Club. 
• Each Explora Club Member may refer up to 10 new guests per year.
• FJC have a validity of 12 months from the date of issuance. The validity only refers to the available time to apply the FJC in the booking, and not to the actual sailing dates of the booking. There is no limitation in terms of sailing dates
• The offer is combinable with: Explora Early Booking Benefit, Back-to-Back Journeys, Explora Extended Journey Savings, Amenity Programme, Hosted Programme, Journey Together, Explora Club 5% Value Saving and other select promotions. Welcome Offer is combinable only with the referred guest reward. Onboard Benefit (FJA) is combinable only with the referring Explora Club Member reward.
• Rewards are issued to both the referring member and the newly referred guest.
• FJC is earned by the referring and referred guests and cannot be combined within the same reservation. Referred guest can redeem a maximum of 200 FJC per booking.
