As an Explora Club Member, you can introduce new guests to Explora Journeys and be recognised together.

For each successful referral:

• Your referred guest receives 200 Future Journey Credits to use on their first reservation, along with 500 Explora Club points after their first Journey
• You receive 200 FJC once they embark, along with 500 Explora Club points after their Journey.

To qualify as a referred guest: 

• You must be a new guest who has been invited by a referring Explora Club Member through the official Explora Club Referral Programme in My Explora and must never have previously sailed with Explora Journeys. 

• If you are a new guest holding a future reservation, you have 14 days from the payment of the deposit to log in or register in My Explora following the link provided by the referring Explora Club Member.

• You must not have been successfully referred before within the Explora Club Referral Programme 

• The enrolment in Explora Club is mandatory to receive the referral rewards. Simply follow the provided referral link to enrol or enter your existing Explora Club account in My Explora.  

• The referred guest must click the personal link shared by the referring Member. 

• If new to Explora Club, they’ll be prompted to register. 

• If already enrolled in Explora Club, the referred guest will be asked to log in to their My Explora account to validate the referral. 

• After completing the process, the 200 Future Journey Credits will be automatically assigned to their profile in My Explora and will be available for use on their first booking directly within the booking system. 

• The referred guests shall book using their existing profile as Explora Club Members. The Future Journey Credit is linked to their profile and is made available as a payment method. 

• To redeem the Future Journey Credit, the referred guest shall contact the Explora Experience Centre or the preferred Travel Advisor requesting the application of the Future Journey Credit to their first reservation.  Guests reserving through explorajourneys.com can apply their Future Journey Credits as a payment method on the website, when setting their payment. 

All Future Journey Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. The validity only refers to the available time to apply the Future Journey Credit in the reservation, and not to the actual sailing dates of the reservation. There is no limitation in terms of sailing dates.
