- At Explora Journeys, we are committed to securing the finest available Ocean Terrace Suite for our valued Travel Advisors subject to approval. Should you wish to request an upgrade to a Grand Terrace Suite or higher category, please contact our Sales Excellence team at salesexcellence@explorajourneys.com. Kindly note that all upgrade requests are subject to availability and any approved upgrades will incur an additional cost, payable by the advisor.
- Travel Advisor Fare reservations are booked direct with Explora Journeys, are non-commissionable, and do not count towards the agency’s annual revenue.
- Travel Advisors travelling on a Travel Advisor Fare are eligible for onboard booking savings on full-fare reservations created during their journey and up to two (2) weeks after their disembarkation date. Certain restrictions may apply. See the Future Journeys Ambassador for more details.
- Travel Advisors travelling on a Travel Advisor Fare are not eligible for membership in Explora Journeys consumer loyalty programme and are therefore not invited to attend onboard Explora Journeys loyalty programme events.
- Explora Journeys is committed to providing the best luxury travel experience possible. It is in this spirit that we are communicating these policies, so that we may protect our guests from solicitation of any kind during their vacation. Any solicitation will result in your immediate removal from the ship at your own expense. No solicitation will be allowed whether it is from a Travel Advisor travelling as an escort on full-fare, or on a reduced fare. This policy also applies to client (guest) solicitation on behalf of a Travel Advisor, in which case the client (guest) will be immediately removed from the ship and the Travel Advisor owner will be held responsible for any expenses related to the guest’s removal from the ship (including but not limited to transportation, lodging and travel expenses).
- Please refrain from discussing your privileges with other guests aboard the ship. Discussing your travel industry privilege fare with other guests will result in the elimination of any future reduced fare travel privileges for you and the travel agency with which you are affiliated.
- Travel Advisors travelling on a Travel Advisor Fare should refrain from discussing their experiences on competitive brands with guests.
- Any Travel Advisors travelling on a Travel Advisor Fare must address any constructive feedback with the Guest Services team directly and not share their experience with guests onboard.
