Purpose: The primary purpose of Explora Journeys Sail To Sell is to familiarise Travel Advisors with our offerings, services, itineraries, destination experiences, and onboard amenities to enhance their knowledge and sales potential. It is essential to ensure all participants behave professionally and respect each other and the guests on board. These Terms & Conditions must be read and agreed to by all participating Travel Advisors before the journey.
Professional Conduct: All Travel Advisors must conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner throughout the journey. Disruptive behaviour or actions that reflect negatively on the travel industry will not be tolerated. Be mindful of other travellers on board. If consuming alcohol, do so responsibly and in moderation. Excessive drinking that leads to misbehaviour is not acceptable.
Dress Code: We kindly ask you to dress appropriately – resort casual during daytime and resort elegant in the evening. Baseball caps, swimwear, bathrobes, shorts and t-shirts are not allowed during dinner or in select indoor bars and lounges. Additionally, no travel-agency-branded items or name tags can be worn on the ship that identify you to be part of a specific travel agency.
Dining: We invite you to enjoy dining in the different venues on board and to make yourself available for hosted dinners with your Sales host. Please note that, depending on availability, you may not be able to dine on your own in Sakura and Marble & Co. As we are sure you understand, we give priority to our fare-paying guests in these venues.
Respect for Others: Participants must respect the personal space, time, and clients of other Travel Advisors on the ship. Approaching, soliciting, or poaching other advisors’ clients is strictly prohibited, as is soliciting other guests, promotion of other brands, or any other commercial activity
Confidentiality: Any client information shared or observed during the journey must be kept strictly confidential. Travel Advisors should not disclose or use this information for personal gain or to approach other advisors’ clients. Travel Advisors agree to keep the terms of the Explora Journeys Sail To Sell confidential, including program pricing.
Compliance with Schedule: Participants must adhere to the Sail To Sell schedule, which includes a Welcome Gathering, guided tour of the ship, meetings during port days and potential hosted dinners. Punctuality is essential for a smooth and successful experience.
Partnership Commitment: Our goal is to equip Travel Advisors with the knowledge to sell
Explora Journeys to their clients. Make sure you share your experience, what you learned, and the exclusive offers we have put together for you with your team, colleagues, and clients.
Social Media Usage: Participants are encouraged to share their experiences on social media, but they must do so responsibly and professionally. Negative or inappropriate content about Explora Journeys, its employees and/or partners, is not permitted; if you have a negative comment, we ask that you raise it to us directly so that we may address your concern. You are welcome to use the hashtags below and tag @explorajourneys through different social media platforms.

Feedback and Evaluation: Participants are encouraged to provide constructive feedback and evaluations after the Sail To Sell directly to Explora Journeys. We will be sending an online survey after your journey. This feedback helps us improve future experiences.
Disqualification and Liability: The Explora Journeys hosts reserve the right to disqualify any Travel Advisor from the journey for violating these guidelines. Participants are responsible for their own actions and any consequences resulting from misbehaviour or non-compliance. The decisions of the hosts regarding any matter related to the journey, including disputes, are final.
Sail To Sell Terms and Conditions: Sail To Sell space is subject to availability and on a first come, first served basis. Travel Advisors invited to an Sail To Sell agree to attend training sessions and hosted events while on board. In addition to participating in the onboard activities, Travel Advisors agree to create a marketing plan including social media posts, share a report of their experience with their agency and consortia, if applicable, conduct a product training on Explora Journeys with their colleagues, and complete a post journey survey.
All travel is subject to the terms and conditions of the Booking Terms and Conditions and Codes of Conduct, copies of which are available upon request. In the event of a conflict between these Sail To Sell Terms and Conditions and the Booking Terms and Conditions and Codes of Conduct, the Booking Terms and Conditions and Codes of Conduct govern. Explora Journeys may update or modify these guidelines at our discretion. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, Travel Advisors acknowledge their commitment to professionalism, ethical conduct, and respect for fellow participants and their clients during the Sail To Sell.
