BOOKING, MODIFICATION, CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT POLICY – FORMULA 1 LOUIS VUITTON GRAND PRIX DE MONACO 2026 – TRANSFERS
On June 3rd and June 8th, Explora Journeys will offer shuttle / transfer services on an exceptional basis, to guests who have booked a Suite with connection with the Formula 1 Louis Vuitton Grand Prix de Monaco. These shuttle/ transfer services including a Complimentary Shared Shuttle Service and a paid Private Helicopter transfer are not part of Explora Journeys’ standard journey package offerings and are provided exclusively during this event. All the above services are offered by independent contractors. While reasonable skill and care is employed in the selection of such transfer providers, Explora Journeys has no control over them nor cannot be held responsible in any way for the services provided by such independent contractors.
Inclusions – Formula 1 Louis Vuitton Grand Prix de Monaco 2026 – Complimentary Shared Shuttle Service
- Transportation between Nice Côte d'Azur Airport, Monaco Train Station and City Centre (Monaco Heliport, Square Beaumarchais, Fairmont Monte Carlo and Le Méridien Beach Plaza) to the port or vice versa;
- Meet and greet services.
Terms & Conditions – Complimentary Shared Shuttle Service
- The Complimentary Shared Shuttle Service is provided on complimentary basis, has no cash value, and is subject to these terms and conditions;
- The Complimentary Shared Shuttle Service is available exclusively between the locations specified above and on the 3rd and the 8th of June 2026 only;
- The Complimentary Shared Shuttle Service will be available during the operational hours determined by Explora Journeys and such hours will be communicated to guests in a separate notice;
- The Complimentary Shared Shuttle Service is not a door-to-door service. Guests should request pick-up /drop-off location listed above based on their proximity.
- There is no formal luggage restriction for the Complimentary Shared Shuttle Service. Guests are requested to exercise discretion regarding the size and quantity of luggage they bring, in accordance with applicable airline regulations;
- Pre-booking of the Complimentary Shared Shuttle Service is not required, however, guests are encouraged to provide Explora Journeys with their arrival and departure details in advance through our Explora Experience Centre or their preferred Travel Advisor.
- Airport Complimentary Shared Shuttle Service (from/to airport):
- Flight details, including airline, flight number, tail number (when applicable), arrival date and arrival time, must be communicated to Explora Journeys.
- Complimentary Shared Shuttle Service will not provided if the scheduled flight arrival or departure time falls outside the operational hours determined by Explora Journeys.
- Complimentary Shared Shuttle Service to and from the City (from and to Monaco Heliport, Square Beaumarchais, Fairmont Monte Carlo and Le Méridien Beach Plaza)
- For pick-up/departure from Monaco Heliport, flight details, including helicopter operator, flight number, arrival date and arrival time, must be communicated to Explora Journeys.
- Complimentary Shared Shuttle Service to and from Monaco Train Station:
- Train details (including train number, arrival date and arrival time), must be communicated to Explora Journeys.
- Any modifications to arrival arrangements must be communicated to Explora Journeys prior to the service date to allow for necessary adjustments.
- The size and model/type vehicles depend on the destination
- Explora Journeys takes reasonable care in selecting reputable local ground transportation companies and hosts; however, the language skills of local drivers and hosts may vary by destination;
- Wheelchair accessible transportation has very limited availability and must be pre-booked a minimum of one month prior to the service date. Availability is subject to change. For assistance, the Guest must contact our Guest Care Team at the following email address: guestcare@explorajourneys.com;
- Guests with special needs who choose to travel by non-accessible transportation must be able to board and exit the vehicle independently, taking 5 to 6 steps in the case of minibuses/motorcoaches. Additionally, wheelchairs and walkers must be foldable to fit in the transportation compartment;
For embarkation transfers, independent air travellers should allow ample time between their flight arrival and checking closing time. Check-in procedures at the port must be completed as per the indicated on the boarding pass (exceptions may apply). Guests should account for airport formalities, luggage collection, and transfer time. Similarly, for disembarkation transfers, factors such as ship clearance, local customs requirements, transfer time, and airport procedures should be considered, ensuring sufficient time between the ship’s arrival in port and their departing flight.

- Bookings up to 6 days prior to the sailing date of the journey: Both, Pre- & Post-Journey Complimentary Shared Shuttle Service may be pre-booked on our online booking system, through our Explora Experience Centre or preferred Travel Advisor, and will be confirmed immediately;
- Bookings from 5 days up to 25 hours prior to the sailing date of the journey: Complimentary Shared Shuttle Service may be requested through our Explora Experience Centre and will be confirmed immediately;
- Bookings from 24 hours prior to the sailing date of the journey: Only Post-Journey Complimentary Shared Shuttle Service may be booked. All booking requests may be done only onboard;
- A valid booking number and a deposit on file are required in order to make a pre-booking.
Payment Policy – Complimentary Shared Shuttle Service
- Payment:
- The Complimentary Shared Shuttle Service is provided on complimentary basis, therefore no payment is required.
- Service Confirmation: the Guest will receive a confirmation once the service has been received on the system.
Modification Policy – Complimentary Shared Shuttle Service
- Modifications up to 6 days prior to the sailing date of the journey: Both Pre- & Post-Journey Complimentary Shared Shuttle Service bookings may be modified on our online booking system and are confirmed immediately;
- Modifications from 5 days up to 25 hours prior to the sailing date of the journey: Both Pre- & Post-Journey Complimentary Shared Shuttle Service bookings may be modified through our Explora Experience Centre and will be confirmed upon availability;
- Modifications from 24 hours prior to the sailing date of the journey: Only Post-Journey Complimentary Shared Shuttle Service bookings may be modified. All modification requests may be done only onboard and are confirmed immediately;
- Modification Fees:
- As the Complimentary Shared Shuttle Service is provided on a complimentary basis, no fees shall be charged for any subsequent modifications.

Terms & Conditions – Private Helicopter Transfer
Inclusions – Formula 1 Louis Vuitton Grand Prix de Monaco 2026 – Private Helicopter Transfer
- Transportation between Nice Côte d'Azur Heliport and Monaco Port, based on the guest’s selected route.
- Guests booking a flight from Nice Côte d'Azur Heliport to Monaco Port should proceed directly to the heliport;
- Land transportation between Monaco Heliport and Monaco Port, or between Nice Heliport and the airport departure terminal, based on the guest’s selected route;
- Meet and greet services.
Terms & Conditions – Private Helicopter Transfer
- Pricing is per Helicopter. The number of guests per helicopter cannot exceed the maximum occupancy listed for this transportation in the transfer description on Explora Journeys booking system.
- The estimated luggage capacity for this type of transportation is detailed in the transfer description. Explora Journeys is not responsible for any extra arrangements needed due to excess luggage;
- No infant / child rates apply for this booking transportation;
- Children up to 2 years old can travel on a parent’s lap, secured with an infant safety belt.
- No refunds will be given for unused or partially used services due to factors beyond Explora Journeys’ control such as airline delays;
- In case of flight delays or cancellations, the Guest is expected to inform Explora Journeys of any of these circumstances. The company will take all reasonable care to re-schedule the transportation arrangements, but it will be based upon availability;
- Pre-booking is required. Private Helicopter Transfer can be requested prior to the sailing date of the journey or on board and will be confirmed based on availability;
- Explora Journeys takes reasonable care in selecting reputable local ground transportation companies and hosts; however, the language skills of local drivers and hosts may vary by destination;
- Guests must comply with the helicopter operator’s policies regarding the carriage of dangerous goods on board the aircraft. In case of any doubts, please contact our Explora Experience Centre for clarification;
- Guests arriving by air at Nice Airport shall be met in the arrivals hall by Explora Journeys hosts located at a designated desk and will be escorted to the helicopter provider’s location. Guests arriving by other means must proceed to Terminal 1 arrivals hall (between doors A1 and A2), where Explora Journeys hosts will welcome them at a designated desk, before escorting them to the helicopter provider’s location.
- Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure (30 minutes for departures from Nice);
- The border police check and transfer from the terminal to the helipad in Nice may take approximately 20 to 30 minutes;
- The flight duration is approximately 7 minutes
- In the event of force majeure, including adverse weather conditions, if the flight is cancelled, guests will be offered a refund, rescheduling, or a credit note valid for one year.
- Guests with limited mobility must notify the operator in advance to ensure the necessary equipment is available. Guests must be able to climb the three steps to board the helicopter. Passenger weight is not required, except for individuals exceeding 130 kg, in which case prior notification is necessary.
- The operator may substitute the helicopter without prior notice, subject to availability.

- Bookings from 5 days up to 25 hours prior to the sailing date of the journey: Private Helicopter Transfer may be requested through our Explora Experience Centre. Confirmation will be subject to availability.
- Bookings from 24 hours prior to the sailing date of the journey: Only Post-Journey Private Helicopter Transfer may be booked. Confirmation will be subject to availability. All booking requests may be done only onboard;
- A valid booking number and a deposit on file are required in order to make a pre-booking.

- Payment:

- Once payment is completed, no modifications to the booking are permitted.

Benefits Owner’s Residence Guests - Pre- & Post-Journey Trusted Transfers
- The transfers included for the Owner's Residence guests are the following:
- Ground transfer from home to airport and vice versa;
- Ground transfer from airport to hotel and from hotel to port and vice versa, or a direct ground transfer from airport to port and vice versa.
- Each transfer included is limited to a distance of up to 50 miles / 80 kilometres. For any transfer arrangements exceeding the included distance, the Guest will be responsible for the payment of the additional costs. Any additional cost will be communicated to the Guest at the time of booking and transportation will be confirmed once the extra cost is agreed;
- Refunds will not be given for unused or partially used services;
- If the Guest requests a deviation to itinerary (late embarkation / early disembarkation), it may not be possible to accommodate the inclusive transfers.
NB: The private transfers are not automatically added to the booking. The Guest is responsible to book them accordingly on our online booking system or through our Explora Experience Centre.
Benefits Ocean Residences Guests - Pre- & Post-Journey Trusted Transfers
- The Ocean Residences guests have two transfers included, which can be chosen from the following:
- Ground transfer from airport to port or vice versa;
- Ground transfer from airport to hotel or vice versa;
- Ground transfer from hotel to port or vice versa.
- Each transfer included is limited to a distance of up to 50 miles / 80 kilometres. For any transfer arrangements exceeding the included distance, the Guest will be responsible for the payment of the additional costs.
